In the hotel Llao-Llao area, in San Carlos de Bariloche, we offer 3 exclusive apartment for rent on daily or week basis with outstanding location having beautiful mountain and lake view and also private lake shore beach on Moreno lake.

We are a German family that have been living for many years in Mexico, then in 1980 we chose Bariloche to definitely settle at this wonderful spot. During 22 years we had the well known and successful Tea saloon "Bellevue". Now we have the pleasure to offer you this same place for lodging with the same high quality of service.

The apartments are built on a 15.000 square meters estate with huge garden growing more than 100 different varieties of plants, bushes and trees, surrounded by natural indigenous forest.

We have 80 meters of lakefront shore with grass and sand on the beach, also a pier (docking facilities) a Canadian canoe. We have also outdoor barbecue grill for 'asados' and a wide terrace with tables and chairs.
