The apartment

In the hotel Llao-Llao area, in San Carlos de Bariloche, we offer an bed & breakfast - apartment for rent on daily or week basis with outstanding location having beautiful mountain and lake view and also private lake shore beach on Moreno lake.

We are a German family that have been living for many years in Mexico, then in 1980 we chose Bariloche to definitely settle at this wonderful spot. After four years of having our tea saloon closed we have decided to re-open it so now we offer also our well known Tea house Bellevue.

We offer our traditional cakes, brioche, scones y sandwichesand also we are offering now Cheese, Bread and Wine, a new concept for tasting different cheese assortments, smoked Salmon with brioche bread, cream cheese and green salad, Camembert fried or baked. Also bread with tomatoes and smoked ham along a wide variety of wines.

We have also added an exceptional coffee, Nespresso, from an intense Ristretto to a soft Fienezzo. All these delicious service offer in a saloon with amazing garden an unmatchable view to mount Tronador and Moreno lake. We have open our tea house every day from 16 to 22 hs except on Tuesdays.

We have also the pleasure to offer you this same place for lodging with the same high quality of service.
The apartment was built on a 15.000 square meters estate with huge garden growing more than 100 different varieties of plants, bushes and trees, surrounded by natural indigenous forest.

We have 80 meters of lakefront shore with grass and sand on the beach, also a pier (docking facilities) a Canadian canoe. We have also outdoor barbecue grill for 'asados' and a wide terrace with tables and chairs.

The apartment for renting are fully equipped having a cozy Patagonian style design. It has Wi-Fi connection and Satellite TV.
