The apartment

In the Villa Llao-Llao, in San Carlos de Bariloche, set in this picturesque region with outstanding mountain and lake views, we offer amazing accommodation - a heavenly Bed & Breakfast retreat. Quintral, our fully self contained apartment is part of a 15.000 square meter estate, with extensive gardens housing more than 100 different varieties of plants, bushes and trees, surrounded by natural indigenous forest. Fully self contained, in quaint and cozy Patagonian style, it offers Wi-Fi connection and Satellite TV among other facilities.

We have private beach access to Moreno Lake shores - 80 meters of lakefront shore with beach, leading to a pier (with docking facilities) and access to a Canadian canoe. At your disposal is also an outdoor barbecue grill for traditional Argentinian 'asados' and a wide terrace fully equipped with tables and chairs.

We are a German family, and having lived for many years in Mexico, in 1980 we chose beautiful Bariloche to settle. It has been 4 years since we last operated our very well known Bellevue Tea House. We offer traditional Cakes, Brioche, Scones and Sandwiches and we also now offer a degustation menu including a wide selection of Cheeses, Breads, and Wine to be accompanied by your choice of Smoked Salmon, Baked or Fried Camembert, Green Salad, Smoked Ham to name but a few.

We have also added an exceptional coffee, Nespresso, from an intense Ristretto to a soft Fienezzo. Take advantage of the delicacies our Tea House has to offer alongside amazing garden and incomparable views to Mount Tronador and Moreno Lake.

Bellevue Tea House is open daily from 4 o’clock in the afternoon to 10 o’clock at night with the exception of Tuesdays.
